Shipping Policy

All pieces from the studio are created with time, attention, and intention. Each piece is born from a handcrafted process, and therefore deadlines vary depending on the type of product and the timing of the order.

DEADLINES

For custom orders, please check availability and shipping times via WhatsApp.

Products available for immediate delivery are shipped within 3 business days.


During periods of high demand, these deadlines may be extended slightly — we will always let you know if this happens.

The total delivery time considers the production time plus the postal service's delivery time.


As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow its journey to your address.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship throughout Brazil via Correios (PAC or SEDEX).

The customer chooses the shipping method at the time of purchase.

It is also possible to pick up the order in person at the studio, by prior appointment.

You will be informed about all stages of the process — order confirmation, production, shipping, and tracking — via email or WhatsApp, according to the information provided during the purchase.

Responsibility for Transportation

We are committed to packaging each item with the utmost care. However, delays, losses, or damage during shipping are the responsibility of the postal service.


If you notice that the packaging arrived damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately so we can assess the situation together.

Incorrect Address or Return

Make sure to fill in the delivery address correctly.


If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, change of recipient, or absence at delivery, reshipment will be made upon payment of a new shipping fee.

International shipments

Currently, we only ship within Brazilian territory.

For orders outside the country, please contact us so we can assess the possibilities.
